Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is gaining recognition in scientific thinking. Retro Therapeutics is ready to use MDMA, psilocybin, ibogaine, and other medications as they become licensed and legally available.
Currently, we use ketamine, which has extensive evidence for safe and effective treatment. We leverage ketamine with focused integration practices to relax habitual thinking patterns, update the nervous system, improve motivation, increase joy, and enhance the ability to manage emotions constructively.

The practice operates out of a cozy retrofitted Airstream trailer which has been equipped for the safety and comfort of Retro therapeutics’ clientele. Clinical Services Pricing
Intake & Evaluation for Treatment $375
A comprehensive psychologic assessment and medical evaluation is performed with every client prior to the initiation of treatment. This ensures that client’s are medically cleared to receive ketamine and that treatment is tailored to meet the client’s unique needs. On occasion, we many need to collaborate with your primary care or speciality provider before implementing treatment. This session may be completed virtually or in person at Retro Therapeutics.
Session Preparation and Intention Setting - 50 min $200
It is critical for clients to prepare for their ketamine journey to ensure they get the most out of their treatment. During this session we explore what clients want to accomplish with ketamine therapy. This session helps the client create a commitment to their healing journey. Starting something new with clear intentions, helps focus the client on the present moment: who they are, what they’re doing, and why they’re doing it. Ketamine therapy has the power to transform your life when done with intention. Psychedelic researchers and clinicians have known this for half a century, and it’s why certain methods and standards have been put into practice. We understand that the profound therapeutic benefits of ketamine can only come when clients are clear with their reasons for starting ketamine therapy and what they hope to get out of each session.
Ketamine Treatment Session (in person) - 2.5 TO 3 HOURS $700
The ketamine treatment session is an in-person medication experience with either oral lozenge, subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. The session begins with the client and the therapist discussing goals, intentions, concerns, and any leftover material from previous preparation or medication sessions. The client is supported by the therapist for the duration of the medication’s effect. The session concludes with the client and therapist processing the material and emotions which have arisen during the experience as the client emerges from the ketamine experience.
Post Integration Sessions (minimum of two) 50 MIN $200
Integration is an essential part of ketamine treatment in order to assure optimal outcomes. During these sessions, a person revisits and actively engages in making sense of, working through, translating, and processing the content of their psychedelic experience. Through intentional effort and supportive practices, this process allows one to gradually capture and incorporate the emergent lessons and insights into their lives, thus moving toward greater balance and wholeness, both internally (mind, body, and spirit) and externally (lifestyle, social relations, and the natural world).
Ongoing Therapy - 50 Min $200
Some clients desire to continue a therapeutic relationship with Retro Therapeutics. Ongoing 50-minute therapy appointments can be continued either in-person or via tele-health.
Ongoing Medication Management - 30 Min $150
Some clients desire to work with ketamine between in person sessions to achieve healing. Ongoing 30-minute medical evaluation and medication renewal appointments can be continued either in-person or via tele-health.

Specialized Medical Care
The Osmind platform is a central hub for us to track your progress and communicate in between appointments. It enhances the care you receive, facilitates communication with our clinic, and helps you keep track of medications and other parts of your treatment plan. It also helps you submit out-of-network insurance claims for your treatments at our clinic.

What to Expect
The app will send you notifications with things we’ve designed into your treatment plan. Therefore, it is important that you follow the app’s instructions in a timely manner.
We will ask you to track how you are doing between visits, using mood scores and/or validated questionnaires.You will receive notifications and text messages to remind you to complete these measures. This helps us track your progress together.Many studies have shown that using such rating scales improves how people feel. Measurement-based care has been shown to improve outcomes. We use evidence-based practices to provide the highest quality of care. We only monitor the app during business hours. Please do not use this app to communicate if you are having an emergency — in that case you should call 911 and contact emergency services. This app is not designed for use during emergency situations.
